Broccolini opens corporate complex in Montreal
Broccolini celebrated the official opening of the Broccolini Corporate Centre Saint-Laurent 2, a LEED® Silver, class A building with more than five floors of commercial and office space.
The structure adds up to 129,310 square feet, almost half of which is already pinned down, with Hospira Healthcare Corporation as anchor tenant, occupying 51,532 square feet with its head office.
Other tenants include Innomar Strategies Inc., a division of AmerisourceBergen Canada, while still others are in current negotiations for remaining space.
The building, situated 20 minutes from downtown Montréal at the corner of Hymus Blvd. and Alfred-Nobel Blvd., features a full-service cafeteria, a fitness centre and physio room, along with charging stations for electric vehicles and landscaped green space.
During the launch, Alan DeSousa, borough mayor of Saint-Laurent, said the opening is a result of a collaboration between Broccolini and the Laurentian administration with a shared "commitment to focusing on sustainable development."
The site is the company's second project located in Technoparc Montréal's Saint-Laurent Campus, and is close to Highways 13 and 40 and the Montreal Pierre-Elliot-Trudeau International Airport.
