Work on the tower, set to rise 37-storeys above the Don Valley, is expected to break ground this fall. Slated to wrap up in the spring of 2023, Broccolini anticipates the project will create between 400 and 600 jobs.
"Our approach as residential developers is to help shape urban communities with beautifully detailed, inviting spaces that people will want to use in their daily lives," said Anthony Broccolini, the company's COO. "Because we also manage all of our construction in-house, we drill down to the details right from the start, ensuring our vision for projects can really come to life."
The high-rise will be planted between the Corktown and Riverside neighbourhoods in Toronto's east end. A new parkland will be developed to the south side of the tower, as well as a pedestrian connection to Bayview Avenue that leads to Corktown Commons.
