New development plans for Kirkland’s RioCan Centre

Another big retail and real estate development is on the horizon in Montreal's West Island. The RioCan Centre in Kirkland is slated to be re-developed. The owners of the site announced on Tuesday that they have partnered with a real estate giant to bring the project to light.
