40 Westt

Recognized for its open kitchen, fantastic grill, and its unique ambiance, 40 Westt is a chophouse and steakhouse restaurant located on the West Island of Montreal. The challenge facing the construction of this project was the work required for the conversion of a multi-tenant commercial space into a fine dining restaurant. The exterior was completely renewed by replacing the existing precast façade with a combination of granite and limestone. The unique interior design incorporated high ceilings and arches, using vaulted brickwork and hardwood, resulting in a modern yet rustic ambiance and adding to the entertainment value of this renowned Quebec restaurant.
