Amazon Bolton YHM-9

This project consisted in the fit-out of an existing 225,000-sq.ft. building for conversion to an Amazon Mid Mile facility. The interior fit-out included the addition of new loading docks and truck restraints, a 17,000-sq.ft. office and breakroom area, an 1,800-sq.ft. shipping office/breakroom, a remote breakroom, and interior guardhouse. Exterior improvements included the addition of a new truck staging lane on the south building, a new guardhouse, parking lot improvements, and general updates to the exterior of the building. Construction started January 2021 and the facility was handed over to Amazon in June 2021.
