This project in Ernest-Cormier, Laval consisted in the remodel a single-storey 257,000-sq.ft. warehouse building with supporting office area and a break room. The facility receives packages via newly replaced loading docks. Tenant fleet vehicles are able to park inside the facility thanks to 114 new interior van parking spaces. 27 new exterior van parking spaces were also added. The vehicles enter the facility through the newly installed overhead doors. Packages are sorted then stored on mobile “baker racks” and rolled to the loading area for fleet delivery. Construction of the facility started June 8^th and was substantially completed by November 25^th, 2020.
