Lactalis
In September 2023, Broccolini broke ground on a new distribution centre for Lactalis Canada located in Oshawa, Ontario. As builder, developer, and property manager for the building, Broccolini has entered into another long-term relationship with a global leader in the dairy industry.
The 379,000 sq.ft. facility is set to become the largest distribution centre, from a capacity standpoint, for Lactalis Group globally. Upon completion in Q4 2024, the facility will be zero-carbon ready with the potential to become Zero Carbon Building certified.
