XTL Transport Dorval

XTL Distribution Services, part of the XTL Group, is a privately owned logistics company. Over the last 30 years, the company succeeded in pursuing successful growth within a very difficult and competitive industry. XTL selected Broccolini for the turn-key design-build project of its new distribution centre with a surface area of 100,000 sq.ft., located in Dorval.

An unusual aspect of the design of this building consisted in the requirement to include a section of railway running alongside the building, therefore allowing trains direct access to the warehouse.
