Atlas Cold Storage
Atlas Cold Storage called upon Broccolini's experience to build a cold storage facility that would meet the exacting requirements of Agriculture Canada. This 175,000-sq.ft. project was implemented in 3 phases. The first phase included a 70,000-sq.ft. industrial freezer, with 50-foot vertical clearance, operating at a constant -20 °C. Other unique characteristics included an area with an 18-door loading dock operating at 1 °C and a blast freezer operating at -37 °C.
