Marché Central Phase V

This 3-building, multi-tenant project includes the largest single-level underground parking facility in Quebec, offering more than 700 parking spaces. Some 19,000 cubic meters of concrete (the equivalent of nearly 3,000 truckloads) were poured over a period of 7 months to create this unique structure.

Other than the parking structure, phase V of the Marché Central project also included the construction of retail stores, the most significant being for The Brick and Best Buy Canada.
