Michelin Cornwall Distribution Center
In 2024, Broccolini completed the construction of two industrial buildings for Michelin, totaling nearly one million square feet, in Cornwall, Ontario.
Ottawa Police Services Facility
Broccolini broke ground on the Ottawa Police Services' new facility in November 2023, marking the first new OPS facility in nearly 20 years. This modern complex includes state-of-the-art offices, training centers, and community services.

Victoria sur le parc
Montreal's newest and biggest mixed-use project yet. Launched in the fall of 2018, Victoria sur le parc is the embodiment of balance. It is a glass beacon rooted in the heart of a green space; a 200-metre-high tower built on a human scale.

Banque Nationale
The new 40-storey building will rise 200 metres above ground and will total approximately 1.1 million square feet of office space. It will be connected to the Montreal underground city (RÉSO) and stand adjacent to a 40,000-sq. ft. urban park open to the public.

River & Fifth Toronto is Broccolini’s new condominium development in Toronto’s Downtown East neighbourhood.
Derry Road Logistics Campus
In addition to being home to Rona’s newest 750,000 square foot distribution center, Derry Road Logistics Campus offers two remaining first class, LEED certified facilities available for lease; 265,803 square feet in Building 1 and 152,828 square feet in Building 3.
Lactalis
In September 2023, Broccolini broke ground on a new refrigerated distribution centre for Lactalis Canada located in Oshawa, Ontario.
