Victoria sur le parc
Montreal's newest and biggest mixed-use project yet. Launched in the fall of 2018, Victoria sur le parc is the embodiment of balance. It is a glass beacon rooted in the heart of a green space; a 200-metre-high tower built on a human scale.
700 Saint-Jacques
Victoria sur le parc and 700 Saint-Jacques are an ecosystem where you can live, work and play in one place. The spaces were designed to open minds and make borders disappear. Fluid & interconnected, Victoria sur le parc and 700 Saint-Jacques will be a reflection of Montreal's unique energy.
Banque Nationale
The new 40-storey building will rise 200 metres above ground and will total approximately 1.1 million square feet of office space. It will be connected to the Montreal underground city (RÉSO) and stand adjacent to a 40,000-sq. ft. urban park open to the public.
Le Sherbrooke
Le Sherbrooke. Broccolini’s latest residential project, located in the heart of the Golden Square Mile, Le Sherbrooke brings together history, contemporary living, and timeless luxury in one of Montreal’s most distinguished locations, on Sherbrooke Street West, home to some of the most sought-after properties in the city.
River & Fifth
River & Fifth Toronto is Broccolini’s new condominium development in Toronto’s Downtown East neighbourhood.
Derry Road Logistics Campus
In addition to being home to Rona’s newest 750,000 square foot distribution center, Derry Road Logistics Campus offers two remaining first class, LEED certified facilities available for lease; 265,803 square feet in Building 1 and 152,828 square feet in Building 3.
Lactalis
In September 2023, Broccolini broke ground on a new distribution centre for Lactalis Canada located in Oshawa, Ontario.
Amazon Belleville YGK-1
YGK-1 is an XLFC (Extra Large Fulfillment Centre) project located on a 102-acre site just south of the 401 in Belleville, Ontario. The building stands at approximately 45ft tall, with a 19,820 sq.ft. office and 1,030,027 sq.ft. warehouse.
Amazon Cambridge YHM-2
YHM-2 is a 1M sq.ft. Amazon Distribution Centre, boasting a massive 250,000 sq.ft. mezzanine. Strategically located in Cambridge, ON, adjacent to highway 401, this cutting-edge facility is poised to revolutionize the distribution landscape.
Derry Green Industrial Park
This industrial project is being developed by Broccolini in partnership with Sunlife BentallGreenOak. Broccolini is acting as both the Development Manager and General Contractor for the construction of the largest Industrial Spec Building Project in the Sunlife portfolio.
Valleyfield
Valleyfield is a state-of-the-art multitenant industrial facility developed by Broccolini and its Limited Partners. This remarkable venture represents Broccolini's first Zero Carbon Ready industrial project in Quebec.
Toromont
The Toromont project in Bradford, ON is a 140,000 sq.ft. commercial warehouse and CAT remanufacturing facility. Built to FM Global standards with non-combustible construction, the facility includes dyno engine rooms, a paint Booth, blast booth, and wash booth.
