700 Saint-Jacques

Banque Nationale
The new 40-storey building will rise 200 metres above ground and will total approximately 1.1 million square feet of office space. It will be connected to the Montreal underground city (RÉSO) and stand adjacent to a 40,000-sq. ft. urban park open to the public.
Loyola High School
Broccolini was honoured to have been able to complete renovations to the gymnasium and fitness facilities at Loyola High School, the alma mater of many of Broccolini’s own team. The space underwent significant upgrades aimed at improving both its functionality and aesthetic appeal.
Tesla
Broccolini is constructing a new 90,000 sq.ft. store and service center for Tesla located in Kirkland, QC. Serving Montreal's West Island, this new facility will be the fifth Tesla location in Quebec and features showrooms, service bays, a wash bay, waiting areas, offices, and more.
40 Westt
Recognized for its open kitchen, fantastic grill, and its unique ambiance, 40 Westt is a chophouse and steakhouse restaurant located on the West Island of Montreal.
1275 avenue Jules-Verne
Designed to accommodate 4 tenants, this mixed-use office and retail building spans a surface area of 49,760 sq.ft. The building was built in 2004 and was completely renovated in 2016.
3773 Côte-Vertu
Broccolini was charged with the management of the construction site for this office building located in Ville Saint-Laurent, on the West Island of Montreal.
Best Buy
When it came to the construction of new outlets across Ontario and Quebec, Best Buy turned to Broccolini. After that, the relationship between the two firms evolved to the point where Best Buy considers Broccolini their preferred partner for the planning, development and construction of their buildings.

Brault & Martineau, a leading Quebec furniture and appliance retailer, is one of Broccolini's most loyal customers. Over the years, Broccolini has been entrusted with major expansions and renovations to selected Brault & Martineau stores and their distribution centres, as well as with the construction of new stores.
