Saputo Stadium

Montreal's professional soccer stadium, nestled in the Olympic Park, symbolizes sporting excellence. Inaugurated on May 19, 2008, it's the beloved home of CF Montréal, formerly the Montreal Impact in the USL. Broccolini undertook construction in June 2007, in collaboration with the Société de développement et de mise en valeur du Parc olympique.

Due to its growth in terms of staff over the previous 5 years, Schering Plough Canada announced the construction of a new head office. This building was the company's third located on the West Island, where it had already established a distribution centre and its manufacturing operations.

The Canadian headquarters of Schlüter-Systems is a building that includes office space, a showroom, training facilities and a warehouse for finished products. The design of the building is as much a reflection of the company's philosophy as it is a showcase for their products.

Subaru des Sources is one of the many car dealerships located in the Dorval Auto Mall, a commercial site dedicated to car dealerships.

For their penetration into the Canadian market, Target had several needs - from the construction of new distribution centres and stores, to the renovation of existing buildings it had acquired.

Located on the corner of Bank and Slater Streets, this 9-storey building, the creation of Richard Chmiel Architect & Associates, was designed to meet the most stringent demands for energy efficiency in Canada in order to attain LEED Gold Certification.

The Brick

The Brick

The Brick furniture store made its entry in the Marché Central during Phase V of the commercial development. The planned store included a showroom of 70,000 sq.ft. for the accommodation of furniture and appliances.

Broccolini was mandated with the design and construction of this project, consisting in the renovation of an existing building dating back to the 1960s.

Volkswagen des Sources is one of the many car dealerships located in the Dorval Auto Mall on the West Island, a commercial site dedicated to car dealerships.

Wal-Mart

Wal-Mart

Wal-Mart, one of the world's largest retailers, came to Broccolini for the construction of their 105,000 sq.ft. store in St-Hyacinth. Broccolini also participated in the renovation of 3 of Wal-mart's other stores, working only nights and weekends as the stores needed to remain open for business.

Wawanesa

Wawanesa

Wawanesa, an insurance company founded in 1896, had some unusual requirements for the construction of its new head office. The new facility was built immediately behind the existing building, which continued to be used throughout the construction period. The existing facility was demolished to make way for elegantly designed landscaping.
