Michelin Cornwall Distribution Center
In 2024, Broccolini completed the construction of two industrial buildings for Michelin, totaling nearly one million square feet, in Cornwall, Ontario.
Loyola High School
Broccolini was honoured to have been able to complete renovations to the gymnasium and fitness facilities at Loyola High School, the alma mater of many of Broccolini’s own team. The space underwent significant upgrades aimed at improving both its functionality and aesthetic appeal.
Derry Road Logistics Campus
In addition to being home to Rona’s newest 750,000 square foot distribution center, Derry Road Logistics Campus offers two remaining first class, LEED certified facilities available for lease; 265,803 square feet in Building 1 and 152,828 square feet in Building 3.
Lactalis
In September 2023, Broccolini broke ground on a new refrigerated distribution centre for Lactalis Canada located in Oshawa, Ontario.
Conestoga Cold Storage
In December 2020, Conestoga Cold Storage entrusted Broccolini with the management of its new expansion project (Phase 3) of its existing warehouse in Vaudreuil.
Hanlon Creek
Broccolini is currently constructing two industrial distribution warehouses, strategically located just off the 401 and Highway 6. With one warehouse already set to be occupied by the end of 2023, these state-of-the-art facilities are perfectly positioned to meet various shipping and receiving needs.
