Our projects
Sanmina
Sanmina, a manufacturer of complex and innovative optical, electronic and mechanical products, had to move into new facilities in a very short time span. Broccolini submitted its proposal and, with the support of the City of Kanata, the project was executed in record time.
Sanmina Sci
Sanmina-SCI is one of the world's leading electronics manufacturers (ECM). Built in two phases, the high-tech facility includes a 50,000 sq.ft. air-conditioned production area featuring anti-static flooring and an 85 ft. clear span. Broccolini was selected because of its strong sense of ethics and the speed and quality of their work.
Shomali Inc.
This design-build project involved the construction of a new head office for Shomali Inc. that included manufacturing and distribution installations.
Sobeys
Sobeys Inc. is one of the two largest grocery chains in Canada with close to 27 distribution centres. In 2005, Broccolini oversaw the construction of a new refrigerated building for the food giant.

STS
STS Systems is a provider of advanced IT solutions for retailers of apparel and footwear. Broccolini designed and built STS's head office in 1988. Subsequently, STS entrusted Broccolini with the construction of two (2) expansions, one of which involved the construction of a second building, connected to the existing building via an atrium.
Sunlife Financial
In 2001, Broccolini built this multi-tenant complex. Upon completion of the project, Sun Life became the main tenant. Conveniently located with quick and easy access to the Metropolitan and the Laurentian Autoroute, the complex is a building that lends itself to both commercial and industrial uses.
Sunlife Multi-Tenant Warehouse
This was Broccolini's second project for the Sunlife Financial Group. Recipient of LEED certification, this building is located in the industrial sector of one of Montreal's largest boroughs with proximity to major thoroughfares and the airport.
Target
For their penetration into the Canadian market, Target had several needs - from the construction of new distribution centres and stores, to the renovation of existing buildings it had acquired.
Target Distribution Centre
In 2011, Target embarked on a process of market penetration into Canada with its purchase of 189 Zellers stores across the country. However, Target opted not to purchase the distribution centres and therefore needed to have these built according to particular specifications in order to accommodate the supply of various goods to their stores.
Tenaquip
The new larger and improved Tenaquip headquarters will allow the company to continue to grow and offer more in-stock products and more effective service.
Tergel
In 2005, Progel, later becoming Tergel, established its first gelatin manufacturing plant in Terrbonne, Quebec. This project began with the construction of a new building followed immediately by an expansion of the plant.
