Nordx Cdt
Nordx/CDT entrusted Broccolini with the design and construction of a facility that would house a manufacturing plant, research and development labs, warehouses, and office space. The design and construction of the facility was completed in under 3 months, ahead of schedule.

This 534,670 sq.ft. industrial development is in the heart of the Joseph-Carrier Industrial Park in Vaudreuil-Dorion. The city of Vaudreuil-Dorion is among the nationwide leaders for commercial and demographic growth.

Founded in 1918 by Arthur L. Parker, this Cleveland, Ohio-based company has been operating in Canada for over 40 years.
Phytoderm
Broccolini's mandate entailed the construction of a state-of-the-art facility to house offices, a warehouse, a distribution centre, research and development laboratories, and manufacturing facilities. This design-build project featured a creative exterior design which mimics a gentle wave effect.

In order to increase the efficiency of public service operations and eliminate unnecessary costs, the Government of Canada opted to modernize its systems. This included, among other initiatives, the addition of a new centre of expertise in Miramichi.

Located at 455 de la Carrière Boulevard, this building is the second tower of a design-build project undertaken simultaneously by Broccolini. This 12-storey building was designed in compliance with the strictest standards for LEED® Gold Certification.

Broccolini was mandated with the construction of a head office and a distribution and manufacturing facility for the company in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue, on the West Island of Montreal.
Refrigerated Dairy Distribution Centre
Located in Saint-Laurent, the 125,000-sq.ft. expansion project for the Refrigerated Dairy Distribution Centre along the Côte-de-Liesse, began in April 2014.
Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue Multi-Tenant (Phase 1)
