BDC Lowes
This industrial project for Lowes (now Rona) was developed by Broccolini in partnership with Investors Group (IG). Broccolini acted as both the Development Manager and General Contractor for the construction of this new Bulk Distribution Centre for Appliances.
Amazon St. Thomas YXU-1
Broccolini’s partnership with Amazon continues to deepen as Broccolini helps the multinational expand its reach in Canada so it can offer its customers even faster and more reliable delivery.
Amazon Ottawa, Ontario YOW-3
Broccolini broke ground on the largest fulfillment centre for Amazon in Canada in 2020. Using the latest smart and automated technologies, and advanced robotic technology, the centre, completed in 2021, has a capacity of handling over 100 000 packages daily.

This 15-floor building is the second of 2 buildings built for Public Works and Government Services Canada in Gatineau and was designed in accordance with the strictest standards in order to achieve LEED® Gold certification.
357 Bay
Dream, one of Canada's leading real estate companies, contracted Broccolini for the renovation of an existing 11-story building built in the 1920's.
980 Valois - Harwood & Valois Phase 2
Broccolini's 60,000 sq. ft. industrial building, 980 Valois, is strategically located in Vaudreuil-Dorion's Loyal-Schmidt industrial park, with easy access to highways 30 and 20. Completed in 2018, it exemplifies modern industrial development.
1275 avenue Jules-Verne
Designed to accommodate 4 tenants, this mixed-use office and retail building spans a surface area of 49,760 sq.ft. The building was built in 2004 and was completely renovated in 2016.
2400 Sources Boulevard
Broccolini’s impressive office building at 2400 Sources Boulevard stands as a remarkable addition to the landscape, boasting modern construction and design.
3000 Louis-Amos, Lachine
Four years following the initial design-build project for its warehouse, Anixter returned to Broccolini for its expansion project.
8400 Parkhill Drive
Broccolini completed the construction of two state-of-the-art mid bay industrial buildings totalling 252,195 sq.ft. The convenient location, at the intersection of Highways 25 and 401 in Milton, offers great exposure and excellent access to transportation routes.
11400 Steeles Avenue
Broccolini built a 640,000-sq.ft. cross dock distribution centre in Gateway Business Park in Halton Hills. The building has great exposure and signage opportunities as it fronts directly onto Highway 401.
16720 Trans-Canada
Quebec based organization, IMS (Now IQVIA), approached Broccolini for the design and construction of a facility featuring office space for over 300 employees, a full kitchen, indoor parking, and a fitness centre.
