Amazon Fulfillment Centre Scarborough
Broccolini has been awarded the mandate for the construction of another fulfillment centre for Amazon in Ontario. After the successful development and construction by Broccolini of Amazon's 1 million-square-foot fulfillment centre in Ottawa, the American multinational turned once again to Broccolini for the development and construction of their latest fulfillment centre which will be located in Scarborough, Ontario.

8400 Parkhill Drive
Broccolini completed the construction of two state-of-the-art mid bay industrial buildings totalling 252,195 sq.ft. The convenient location, at the intersection of Highways 25 and 401 in Milton, offers great exposure and excellent access to transportation routes.

Sunlife Multi-Tenant Warehouse
This was Broccolini's second project for the Sunlife Financial Group. Recipient of LEED certification, this building is located in the industrial sector of one of Montreal's largest boroughs with proximity to major thoroughfares and the airport. The project consisted of building a turn-key, base building for multi-tenant warehousing in St-Laurent's industrial sector.
XTL Transport
Since 1985, XTL Transport has been growing steadily within a very competitive industry. In 2004, they turned to Broccolini for the construction of a distribution center in Dorval, followed later by the construction of a head office and a garage in Vaudreuil, in 2007. Broccolini had the privilege to once again collaborate with XTL for this project, the construction of a new distribution center in the East-End of Montreal.
Cooper Standard
This industrial manufacturing and warehouse facility with associated office space was built for Cooper-Standard Automotive inc. Designed and built by Broccolini, the total building area is approximately 138,133 sq.ft. It includes 130,760 sq.ft. of service area, plant & warehouse facility and 7,373 sq.ft. of finished office space.
11400 Steeles Avenue
Broccolini built a 640,000-sq.ft. cross dock distribution centre in Gateway Business Park in Halton Hills. The building has great exposure and signage opportunities as it fronts directly onto Highway 401. The structure features over 100 dock gates and 4 drive-in doors. The state-of-the-art facility has 36-ft. clear heights, ESFR sprinklers and a high-performance concrete floor slab.
Tenaquip
The new larger and improved Tenaquip headquarters will allow the company to continue to grow and offer more in-stock products and more effective service. Despite a number of construction challenges, including environmental issues and working winter conditions, the company was able to move into the new facility in May 2015.
Viau Foods Phase 1 & 2
In 2004, Via Foods mandated Broccolini with the construction of its production plant in Laval. This project consisted of the construction of a major freezer component (-30 °C/-22 °F) in the warehouse for storing refrigerated goods. It also featured a refrigerated manufacturing area, laboratories, a 2-storey office area, and employee facilities complete with a gym. The project was delivered in 2005.
Cardinal Health Canada
Cardinal Health Canada established its new headquarters in Dorval and Broccolini was mandated to carry out this design-build project. Located on Rue De l'Aviation, the construction is a building of nearly 300,000 sq.ft and meets the operational and distribution needs of Cardinal Health Canada.
Sanmina
Sanmina, a manufacturer of complex and innovative optical, electronic and mechanical products, had to move into new facilities in a very short time span. Broccolini submitted its proposal and, with the support of the City of Kanata, the project was executed in record time.
