Downtown Revitalization
Major renovation work is underway to unite 2 of downtown Montreal’s most prominent shopping centres, the Eaton Centre and Complexe les AILES, both owned by Ivanhoe Cambridge, who will rename the shopping destination upon completion.

Premium Outlets - Toronto
Following the successful completion of the Mirabel Premium Outlets, Broccolini was thrilled to take on another project for Simon Property Group; the construction of Premium Outlets in Halton Hills. Simon Property Group is an international company with more than sixty shopping hubs, retail centres and boutiques to its credit.
Costco Wholesale
Broccolini was retained to build Costco Wholesale's 100th store in Canada and 9th store in the GTA. This project featured the integration of a historical facade to a retail location, a different strategy from the wholesaler's existing retail locations.
Canadian Tire
Canadian Tire turned to Broccolini to help them respond to the arrival of Wal-Mart in Quebec in 1995. The precise timetable and construction requirements made each project a challenge. Broccolini was able to meet these challenges, building up to 40 stores across Quebec and Ontario, making Canadian Tire one of our most important and most loyal customers.
Saks Fifth Avenue
Saks Fifth Avenue entered the Canadian market more than 90 years after the inauguration of its first store on 5th Avenue in New York. Broccolini was mandated to build the Saks store located in the Sherway Gardens shopping centre in Toronto.
Erin Mills Town Centre
The Erin Mills Town Centre shopping mall announced a significant investment in renovations in celebration of their 25th anniversary. A major component of the renovation featured the replacement of the clock tower by an iconic massive glass sphere.
The Brick
The Brick furniture store made its entry in the Marché Central during Phase V of the commercial development. The planned store included a showroom of 70,000 sq.ft. for the accommodation of furniture and appliances.
EconoMax
EconoMax prides itself on offering its customers the best prices on furniture, appliances, mattresses, electronics, and decorative accessories in a pared-down, industrial style “warehouse” setting that is intended to put the visual emphasis on their products themselves and not on the interior design of their stores.

Over the years, Broccolini has been entrusted with major expansions and renovations to selected Brault & Martineau stores and their distribution centres, as well as with the construction of new stores.
