Toyota
Broccolini was mandated with the design and construction of this project, consisting in the renovation of an existing building dating back to the 1960s.
Best Buy
When it came to the construction of new outlets across Ontario and Quebec, Best Buy turned to Broccolini. Initially, Broccolini was awarded the contracts on the basis of a highly rigorous tender process. After that, the relationship between the two firms evolved to the point where Best Buy considers Broccolini their preferred partner for the planning, development and construction of their buildings. Since 2002, Broccolini has built more than 40 stores for this retail giant.
Future Shop
After completing the construction of several projects for Future Shop, the company came to consider Broccolini as an essential partner in the planning process leading to the opening of new stores.
Brault & Martineau

Drummondville Mega Centre
Westcliff Management entrusted Broccolini with the construction of a new phase of commercial development on the outskirts of the Les Promenades de Drummondville. This one-storey building was designed to accommodate four (4) tenants, of which the main tenants are Future Shop and The Brick.
Les Promenades Gatineau
Oxford Properties Group, the new owner of Les Promenades Gatineau, invested nearly $ 110 million in the renovation of the shopping center in order to realize their vision of offering the best possible shopping experience in a pleasant environment.
Premium Outlets - Mirabel
Simon Property Group Inc., together with their Canadian partners, Calloway Real Estate Investment Trust and commercial developer, SmartCentres, awarded Broccolini the construction of their first Premium Outlet Center in Quebec, located in Mirabel, just north of Montreal.
