Toyota
Broccolini was mandated with the design and construction of this project, consisting in the renovation of an existing building dating back to the 1960s.
Trava Inc.
Construction of a 3-storey building for real estate property operator Trava Inc. Located on Sunnybrooke Boulevard in Dorval, the building features a total surface area of 24,000 sq.ft. divided over three (3) floors.
Trimag
Trimag approached Broccolini with its plan to build new facilities for their offices and their manufacturing plant, for a combined surface area of 55,000 sq.ft., in Boisbriand.
US Merchants Canada
American company, U.S. Merchants, whose head office is located in Beverly Hills, California, mandated Broccolini with the design and construction of facilities for their Canadian subsidiary in the industrial park in Saint-Anne-de-Bellevue, Quebec.
Viau Foods Phase 1 & 2
In 2004, Via Foods mandated Broccolini with the construction of its production plant in Laval. This project consisted of the construction of a major freezer component (-30 °C/-22 °F) in the warehouse for storing refrigerated goods.
Volkswagen
Volkswagen des Sources is one of the many car dealerships located in the Dorval Auto Mall on the West Island, a commercial site dedicated to car dealerships.
Vortex Aquatic Structures
With over 6,000 facilities in 35 countries, Vortex Aquatic Structures is the leader in the aquatic games industry, designing aquatic playground equipment that is fun, safe and ever more innovative. In 2003, the company approached Broccolini for the construction management of its new headquarters and manufacturing facility in Pointe-Claire.
Wal-Mart
Wal-Mart, one of the world's largest retailers, came to Broccolini for the construction of their 105,000 sq.ft. store in St-Hyacinth. Broccolini also participated in the renovation of 3 of Wal-mart's other stores, working only nights and weekends as the stores needed to remain open for business.
Warnaco
Clothing manufacturer Warnaco relied on Broccolini's services for the relocation of its warehouse and distribution centre.
Wawanesa
Wawanesa, an insurance company founded in 1896, had some unusual requirements for the construction of its new head office. The new facility was built immediately behind the existing building, which continued to be used throughout the construction period. The existing facility was demolished to make way for elegantly designed landscaping.

Westboro Connection
Westboro Connection is an exceptional mixed-use development (residential, commercial and office space) which consists of 2 towers connected to one another on the ground floor by a shopping centre, as well as by 2 floors of underground parking, in addition to outdoor parking.
