WeWork (1 University)
In early March 2018, Broccolini was awarded the contract to do the interior fit-up of this building. Located in Toronto’s Financial District, this WeWork location offers views of Lake Ontario, beautiful private offices and generous conference rooms.
WeWork (33 Bloor)
Founded in 2010, WeWork offers more than just office space. Its primary mission is to create working communities and to allow its members to develop networking relationships.
WeWork (40 King)
Broccolini was called upon by WeWork to do the interior fit-up of the 41st and 42nd floors of the Scotia Plaza. This WeWork office includes two lounge areas and 8 private rentable office spaces on each floor.
WeWork (240 Richmond)
Broccolini was awarded the contract to do the interior fit-up of the 3rd floor of this beautiful building. Located in the heart of Toronto’s tech hub, this WeWork office includes six full floors of private office space, a coworking space and meeting rooms.
WeWork (1010 Sainte-Catherine)
Located in the heart of dowtown Montreal, WeWork Sainte-Catherine West hosts private offices, conference rooms and hot desk stations for its clients.
WeWork (Avenue des Canadiens)
In order to meet the demands of the company's growth, WeWork opened a second location in Montreal, establishing its new branch in Broccolini’s mixed-use project, L/Avenue, one of the tallest mixed-use towers in the city.
XTL Transport Dorval
XTL Transport Inc. started their operations in 1985 and the company has grown steadily since. In 2004, they turned to Broccolini for the construction of a new distribution centre in Dorval with a surface area of 100,000 sq.ft.
XTL Transport Inc.
XTL Distribution Services, part of XTL Group of Companies, a privately owned, asset-based Logistics Company, selected Broccolini for the turn-key design-build of their new head office located in Vaudreuil, Quebec.
XTL Transport Pointe-aux-Trembles
Since 1985, XTL Transport has been growing steadily within a very competitive industry. Broccolini had the privilege to collaborate with XTL for this project, the construction of a new distribution center in the East-End of Montreal.
