Following the successful completion of the Mirabel Premium Outlets, Broccolini was thrilled to take on another project for Simon Property Group; the construction of Premium Outlets in Halton Hills. Simon Property Group is an international company with more than sixty shopping hubs, retail centres and boutiques to its credit.

Broccolini was retained to build Costco Wholesale's 100th store in Canada and 9th store in the GTA. This project featured the integration of a historical facade to a retail location, a different strategy from the wholesaler's existing retail locations.
This was Broccolini's second project for the Sunlife Financial Group. Recipient of LEED certification, this building is located in the industrial sector of one of Montreal's largest boroughs with proximity to major thoroughfares and the airport. The project consisted of building a turn-key, base building for multi-tenant warehousing in St-Laurent's industrial sector.
Broccolini was awarded the contract to do the interior fit-up of the 3rd floor of this beautiful building. Located in the heart of Toronto’s tech hub, this WeWork office includes six full floors of private office space, a coworking space and meeting rooms.
Broccolini was called upon by WeWork to do the interior fit-up of the 41st and 42nd floors of the Scotia Plaza. This WeWork office includes two lounge areas and 8 private rentable office spaces on each floor. The project required the demolition of an existing staircase connecting the two floors and the construction of a new, much larger feature staircase. The project was turned over to WeWork in early December of 2018 to allow their members to move-in.
Since 1985, XTL Transport has been growing steadily within a very competitive industry. In 2004, they turned to Broccolini for the construction of a distribution center in Dorval, followed later by the construction of a head office and a garage in Vaudreuil, in 2007. Broccolini had the privilege to once again collaborate with XTL for this project, the construction of a new distribution center in the East-End of Montreal.
This industrial manufacturing and warehouse facility with associated office space was built for Cooper-Standard Automotive inc. Designed and built by Broccolini, the total building area is approximately 138,133 sq.ft. It includes 130,760 sq.ft. of service area, plant & warehouse facility and 7,373 sq.ft. of finished office space.
In order to meet the demands of the company's growth, Traffic Tech decided to move its headquarters into the Quartier Évolution, a Broccolini commercial development located in Kirkland on Highway 40.
