3000 Louis-Amos, Lachine
Four years following the initial design-build project for its warehouse, Anixter returned to Broccolini for its expansion project.
3773 Côte-Vertu
Broccolini was charged with the management of the construction site for this office building located in Ville Saint-Laurent, on the West Island of Montreal.
8400 Parkhill Drive
Broccolini completed the construction of two state-of-the-art mid bay industrial buildings totalling 252,195 sq.ft. The convenient location, at the intersection of Highways 25 and 401 in Milton, offers great exposure and excellent access to transportation routes.
11400 Steeles Avenue
Broccolini built a 640,000-sq.ft. cross dock distribution centre in Gateway Business Park in Halton Hills. The building has great exposure and signage opportunities as it fronts directly onto Highway 401.
16720 Trans-Canada
Quebec based organization, IMS (Now IQVIA), approached Broccolini for the design and construction of a facility featuring office space for over 300 employees, a full kitchen, indoor parking, and a fitness centre.
ABB
ABB, a leading global company in energy and automation technology, establishes itself in the Saint-Laurent Campus of Technoparc Montréal. Operating in over 100 countries and employing over 140,000 employees world-wide, the company invested $70 million to create a new ultra-modern high-tech centre.
Aero Toy Store
Aero Toy Store required an expansion of their Dorval facility in order to maintain the scope of their services. A world leader in aeronautics, the company specializes in the sale and refurbishment of small luxury jet airplanes.
Amazon Ajax YOO-1
Amazon mandated Broccolini with the development and construction of yet another fulfillment centre in Canada.
Amazon Bolton YHM-9
This project consisted in the fit-out of an existing 225,000-sq.ft. building for conversion to an Amazon Mid Mile facility.
Amazon Coteau-du-Lac YUL-9
The first of its kind in Québec, Coteau-du-Lac will be home to a new Amazon facility where employees sort packages by postal code. The packages will then be transferred to traditional carrier partner networks or to Amazon’s own delivery station network.
Amazon Lachine DXT-6
Broccolini has been mandated with the construction of another project for the e-commerce giant – a brand-new 363,000-sq.ft. industrial building in the strategically located borough of Lachine.

Broccolini was mandated once again by Amazon to help expand their network of fulfillment centres in Canada in order to better serve their Canadian customer base.
