The project consisted of 3 buildings, including 2 new buildings, for a total area of 425,000 square feet located in the new Ottawa Campus. The project represents an investment of $150 million.

Canadian Tire turned to Broccolini to help them respond to the arrival of Wal-Mart in Quebec in 1995. The precise timetable and construction requirements made each project a challenge. Broccolini built a 640,000-sq.ft. cross dock distribution centre in Gateway Business Park in Halton Hills. The building has great exposure and signage opportunities as it fronts directly onto Highway 401. The structure features over 100 dock gates and 4 drive-in doors. The state-of-the-art facility has 36-ft. clear heights, ESFR sprinklers and a high-performance concrete floor slab.
In order to meet the demands of the company's growth, WeWork opened a second location in Montreal, establishing its new branch in Broccolini’s mixed-use project, L/Avenue, one of the tallest mixed-use towers in the city. Broccolini was commissioned to develop 75,000 square feet of modern office space divided over 3 floors.
