Atlas Cold Storage
This three-phase project was awarded to Broccolini in 2000 by Atlas Cold Storage. In its entirety, the project represented a total surface area of 175,000 sq.ft.
Bariatrix
Bariatrix is a leading manufacturer of weight-loss nutrition products. This 140,000 sq. ft. industrial building houses a production line, a warehouse space and offices. The building's design and construction were executed according to the standards of Agriculture Canada.
Berlex Canada Inc.
In 2002, Berlex Canada, the Canadian subsidiary of the German pharmaceutical company Schering AG, turned to Broccolini for the realization of the design and construction of its project.
Best Buy
When it came to the construction of new outlets across Ontario and Quebec, Best Buy turned to Broccolini. After that, the relationship between the two firms evolved to the point where Best Buy considers Broccolini their preferred partner for the planning, development and construction of their buildings.
BMW Training Facility
An extension of BMW's Canadian Head Office, this training centre is a high-end facility with high-tech service bays adjacent to the training rooms and the BMW Academy. This high-quality facility features a green and environmentally-friendly designed structure.
Brault & Martineau
Brault & Martineau, a leading Quebec furniture and appliance retailer, is one of Broccolini's most loyal customers. Over the years, Broccolini has been entrusted with major expansions and renovations to selected Brault & Martineau stores and their distribution centres, as well as with the construction of new stores.

Broccolini Corporate Centre Kirkland
Located directly on the Trans-Canada Highway, this $75-million project consisted of the renovation of an existing building and the construction of a brand new one. The facility was built in compliance with the most stringent environmental standards and qualified for LEED® Certification, a first in the city of Kirkland.

The strategic location of this 4-storey building provides it with good visibility in addition to being situated in the heart of rapidly developing business centre.
CAE
Renovation project of CAE's offices located in Kanata, Ontario, including the addition of a laboratory. Broccolini was mandated with the fixed price renovation project of this 3 storey building.
Canadian Tire
Canadian Tire turned to Broccolini to help them respond to the arrival of Wal-Mart in Quebec in 1995. The precise timetable and construction requirements made each project a challenge. Broccolini was able to meet these challenges, building up to 40 stores across Quebec and Ontario, making Canadian Tire one of our most important and most loyal customers.
Canadian Tire Distribution Centre
Canadian Tire invested in a 1.5 M sq.ft. distribution centre on a plot of land of approximately 180 acres. The facility is able to process between 350 to 800 truck deliveries daily.
