It was by chance that Jean-Christophe Sauvé found his way into the world of construction project management. While doing a college internship as Assistant Project Manager at the Brome Missisquoi Hospital for the renovation of the building, he quickly discovered a passion for project planning and management. His internship soon became a permanent job. After a few years, he went to work for a contractor specializing in the construction of multi-residential complexes. As a result, since 1998, Jean-Christophe’s career has been focused on the management of large residential construction projects. As Director, Residential Construction for Broccolini, Jean- Christophe is a valuable resource for condo project construction management. He managed the construction of L/Avenue, a 50-storey tower which became the tallest mixed-use building in Montreal. “The success of large projects requires the collaboration of all stakeholders. I strive to understand and respect all the people around me. It has to be a team effort at all levels,” he says. Jean-Christophe is very meticulous and organized, essential qualities in his field. In addition, he undertakes all projects with great pride. “I am proud to collaborate in the construction of buildings that change the Montreal landscape,” he says.
