Norma Alepian

Norma Alepian is an accomplished professional with 25 years of experience in accounting and financial management. Over her career, she held senior positions within prominent accounting firms and construction and development companies, most recently in the role of Vice President of Finances. She has been a trusted advisor to company owners and presidents and has led multidisciplinary teams in the sound management of operational and financial activities. Norma is responsible for reporting on the financial conditions and results of operations for Broccolini’s Real Estate and Property Management divisions. She skillfully manages the company’s real estate portfolio, including investment financing and overseeing property acquisitions and dispositions. She handles the finances of Broccolini’s LPs, prepares the company’s financial records and statements, and provides all the financial information required for reporting. Norma also fosters the company’s relationships with financial institutions and investor clients. As Director, she is also charged with supervising and mentoring the accounting teams of both divisions.

Norma is a strategic thinker who is very organized and focused on priorities. She has a high level of expertise in the analysis of financial data and is able to quickly apprehend and analyze all aspects of an issue before taking action.
