400 Bridge Street E is Broccolini’s latest acquisition in Waterloo region and our first in Kitchener, Ontario. This roughly 19 acre site is fully serviced, zoned for industrial use and is slated for development to kick off in 2022. Two new age warehouses are planned for the site, a larger 355,000 sq.ft. building is slated for single or multitenant tenancies and a smaller 60,000 sq.ft. building will be well positioned for smaller tenancies looking for their own standalone building. The site is located a short drive east of the Conestoga Parkway (Hwy 85), centrally located for quick access the Waterloo Region and the GTA in under an hour.
