Dream, one of Canada’s leading real estate companies, contracted Broccolini for the renovation of an existing 11-story building built in the 1920’s.
The scope of the work consists of the demolition of 11 floors, including the interior partitions, the abatement of the floors, ceilings & walls, and the demolition of the entire floor back to the steel. Following this, a new metal deck with concrete will be installed, with integrated mechanical & electrical.
This work will bring the infrastructure back to the base building which will then allow the tenant to proceed with the fit-up.
