Broccolini completed the design, reconfiguration and construction of +/- 4,100 sq.ft. of rental space on the fourth floor of a commercial building located in Kirkland for a medical clinic. The clinic was built with high end finishes including ultrasound rooms, a mammography room, client locker rooms, doctor’s offices, restrooms, a staff kitchen and a client lounge. The project was completed in just 5 months including a 4-month construction period.
