Michelin Cornwall Distribution Center

In 2024, Broccolini completed the construction of two industrial buildings for Michelin, totaling nearly one million square feet, in Cornwall, Ontario. These buildings, located on 63 acres, are part of a property Broccolini purchased in 2022. A testament to the speed and quality that Broccolini delivers, the project went from shovels in to ground to turnover in a span of just over a year. Michelin plans to use the site as its flagship distribution center in Canada.

The facilities feature 73 loading dock doors and extensive parking for trailers and vehicles. Broccolini also owns additional land in the Cornwall Business Park, available for future design-build opportunities.

What began as land acquired through one of Broccolini’s Limited Partnership funds, Broccolini acted as developer, builder, and now property manager on the file—a true display of the end-to-end services it offers.
