Originally built in 2021, the existing structure—located directly behind Costco Pointe-Claire—will be retrofitted and upgraded to accommodate secure, climate-controlled storage units. This facility, which benefits from proximity to Highway 40, is being developed to serve a diverse customer base in this high-density commercial district. Pandora Self Storage will oversee operations upon completion in Spring 2025, offering customers a secure, flexible, and modern storage experience.
