Berlex Canada Inc.
Founded in 1960, Berlex Canada Inc., the Canadian subsidiary of the German pharmaceutical company Schering AG, specializes in the development and research of pharmaceutical products that focus on women's health as well as in therapeutic and diagnostic imaging technology.
In 2002, Berlex turned to Broccolini for the design and construction of its project. Berlex asked Broccolini to build them a distribution centre in Quebec featuring 60% high-end office space and 40% warehousing space. Broccolini fast-tracked this project during the winter months and completed it in record time.
