An extension of BMW's Canadian Head office, this training centre is a high-end facility with high-tech service bays adjacent to the raining rooms and the BMW Academy. This high-quality facility features a green and environmentally friendly designed structure.

Broccolini was proud to have been awarded the mandate for the construction of the new BMW Canadian training facility by Crawmet Corporation, the owner of the facility. Adjacent to the existing BMW Head Office, in Richmond Hill, Ontario, this learning centre allows technicians to receive theoretical and practical training on German engineered vehicles. In fact, the space was specifically designed to accommodate actual BMWs, allowing trainees to benefit from practical experience.

The new centre occupies 10,000 sq.ft. on a single floor and includes a fully finished basement. Construction began in July 2012 and was completed in December 2012. Although this represented an aggressive schedule, every effort was made in order to meet BMW's requirements.
