Cathedral Hill is a green condominium construction project, located near the Christ Church Cathedral and overlooking the prestigious historical district in Ottawa. This 21-storey tower offers a large garden roof and offers a breathtaking view of the Ottawa River, Gatineau Park and Parliament Hill. The 135 luxury residential units range in size from 683 sq.ft. to 1,590 sq.ft. and feature nine-foot ceilings, hardwood floors and a modern layout. The units boast an exceptional contemporary design and include access to a wide range of prestigious amenities and services. The building has a fully-equipped fitness centre, a sauna, changing rooms, a multi-use studio, a movie theater and a professional wine cellar. Windmill and Broccolini developed this project as a sustainable construction initiative and achieved LEED Gold certification.
