Already operating on the South Shore of Montreal on a smaller scale, CCL Label turned to Broccolini for the design and construction of their new facility to be located in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville; a building specifically designed for pharmaceutical labelling. CCL Label is a global supply chain leader in the premium package and promotional labelling solutions industry for the world's largest companies offering consumer and healthcare products. In addition to the greenfield nature of the project, many challenges were successfully overcome in order to meet the zoning requirements of the Technological Park and CCL Label's pursuit of "value." This was achieved through extensive value engineering analysis between CCL Label's corporate leaders and local management groups. Almost totally dedicated to printing processes, with only a small fraction dedicated to short-term storage, the facility was successfully delivered in July 2008 as per the original agreement.
