This industrial manufacturing and warehouse facility with associated office space was built for Cooper-Standard Automotive inc. Designed and built by Broccolini, the total building area is approximately 138,133 sq.ft. It includes 130,760 sq.ft. of service area, plant & warehouse facility and 7,373 sq.ft. of finished office space. Ideally situated on Robert Boyd street adjacent to Highway 10, it offers Cooper Standard easy access to the U.S. market, a critical factor as this head office represents the consolidation of three seperate locations. Broccolini quickly completed the project which started in August 2016 and finished in February 2017.
