Danesco
Founded in 1963, Danesco is a distributor of assorted kitchen accessories, supplying big-box stores, chain stores, food service suppliers, retailers and specialty shops throughout Canada and the United States.
Danesco mandated Broccolini with the expansion of its current headquarters located on the Trans-Canada Highway in Kirkland. The expansion targeted the building containing their offices, a production room and a 31,500-sq.ft. warehouse, including a 2,500-sq.ft. mezzanine. The building features metal siding and three (3) loading docks.
The work, which began in October 2011, included the excavation, construction of the structure, and the creation of the exterior envelope of the expansion. The employee parking area was also significantly expanded. The contract as a whole ended at the beginning of 2012.
