Dealer Tire is a tire distributor that works in partnership with a number of automotive industry multinationals, including Mercedez-Benz, BMW, Toyota and Volkswagen. Founded in the United States, the company aims to help automotive manufacturers and distributors increase their market share and improve their customer service by making the sales of tires, parts, and services easy and profitable. Dealer Tire provides equipment, training and technical support to more than 7,000 dealers in North America. Dealer Tire Canada chose to establish its warehouse in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue's industrial park. The building, owned by Broccolini, was therefore redesigned to meet the operational needs of the new tenant. The building has a total surface area of 145,000 sq.ft. and a vertical clearance of 28 ft. Broccolini was entrusted with the execution of the tenant fit-up, consisting of a warehouse and distribution centre of 54,000 sq.ft., including 1,500 sq.ft. for the dock office. The work included the installation of a fire pump to accommodate an increase in the water pressure in the fire protection system. Work began in November 2009 and was completed in January 2010.
