Durham College

Following a successful endeavor in 2007, 20VIC joined forces with Broccolini to expand an office building in Pickering. The current occupant, Durham College needed to increase its space by 10,000 sq.ft. on two floors. The construction started in February 2012 and was completed in August of the same year, just in time for the fall school session. Broccolini is proud of the privileged relationship it shares with 20VIC and the Durham College project helped strengthen this partnership.
