Nordx/CDT is a leading manufacturer of copper cables for the telecommunications industry based in Quebec. They requested the construction of a structure incorporating manufacturing facilities, research and development laboratories, warehouses and office space all under one roof. The 200,000-sq.ft. manufacturing facilities required chilled water, compressed air, drain lines and all electrical installations to be ready for the owner's equipment hook-up. Broccolini designed the plant in less than three months and completed the entire project ahead of schedule.
