Pfizer Canada made a significant investment in order to renovate and update their headquarters located in Kirkland, on the West Island of Montreal. Pfizer Canada is the Quebec-based, Canadian subsidiary of New York-based Pfizer Inc., one of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies.

Broccolini, was mandated with the expansion of their offices and was able to deliver the project to the customer's specific and exacting requirements in terms of costs, all while maintaining the integrity of the building's design and construction.

Broccolini designed and built an adjacent extension to an existing and occupied building. The expansion consisted of a three-storey building with a total area of 28,500 sq.ft., including a full basement. This renovation project was aimed at reorganizing the work areas, facilitating collaboration, and providing the flexibility needed in order to respond to internal changes necessary as Pfizer Canada adopted a new management model for research and development.
