Broccolini designed, developed and built two office towers for the Department of Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) in Gatineau, Quebec. The construction of the two LEED Gold Certified buildings, totaling more than 900,000 sq.ft. of Class A offices, would help address the government agencies' lack of space.

The 12-storey office tower, located on de la Carrière Boulevard in Gatineau, features architecture promoting a balance between efficient planning and the preservation and restoration of natural green space. Both timeless and cutting-edge, the building's architecture reflects Broccolini's commitment to environmental responsibility and its dedication to the quality of its developments.
