Refrigerated Dairy Distribution Centre

Located in Saint-Laurent, the 125,000-sq.ft. expansion project for the Refrigerated Dairy Distribution Centre along the Côte-de-Liesse, began in April 2014. Broccolini undertook the construction management of the site, which included the construction of a warehouse. More specifically, the building includes a 20,000-sq.ft. freezer, a warehouse for fine cheeses, storage space for dry products, food processing facilities and employee rooms. The entire building is refrigerated. One of the challenges facing this project was the design of a large, completely refrigerated building with high ceilings and office space.
