Broccolini was mandated with the design and construction of this new car dealership on Boulevard Pie-IX in Montreal. The project consisted in the renovation of an existing building that dated back to the 1960s. The goal was to allow for the relocation of the Toyota Pie IX car dealership and its body shop.
