WeWork (40 King)
Broccolini was called upon by WeWork to do the interior fit-up of the 41st and 42nd floors of the Scotia Plaza. This WeWork office includes two lounge areas and 8 private rentable office spaces on each floor.
The project required the demolition of an existing staircase connecting the two floors and the construction of a new, much larger feature staircase. The project was turned over to WeWork in early December of 2018 to allow their members to move-in.
