With current oversight of a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of developable real estate assets, he steers projects from inception through completion.

Adam’s expertise encompasses underwriting, financial and legal structuring, concept design, municipal negotiations and approvals, project brand development, and special sales initiatives. During project execution, Adam collaborates closely with senior leadership teams and maintains vital communication with principal stakeholders and financial partners to ensure the successful realization of each project's business case.
