Andrew Tarassoff

Andrew Tarassoff is an accomplished professional with more than 25 years of experience in the industry, as an Architect and a Project Manager. Over his impressive career, he directly contributed to the successful realization of high-profile construction projects, including numerous ICI projects and aviation and flight training facilities. Andrew has experience with multiple types of project delivery systems (Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, Construction Management, Integrated Project Delivery). He also has strong experience in the coordination and management of multi-disciplinary teams. In his previous position, Andrew’s dedication, professionalism and expertise saw him elevated to Partner. In this role, he oversaw all design-build and aviation projects and was involved in business development, quality assurance and quality control. Before he formally joined the Broccolini team in March 2015, Andrew collaborated with Broccolini as Project Manager for a number of large-scale projects. Now, as Director of Design & Innovation, Andrew’s responsibilities are multifaceted. He is charged with the coordination and oversight of in-house design activities throughout all the stages of Broccolini’s projects. This includes everything from analyzing RFPs and assessing the potential of development opportunities, to directing concept development and participating in constructability studies, Value Engineering and post-project reviews. Andrew also assists with sourcing, selecting and overseeing outside professionals. On the innovation side, he is responsible for identifying opportunities for the improvement of in-house processes and procedures. He researches, promotes and helps to implement new technologies, construction techniques, and trends and best practices, all with the aim of maintaining Broccolini’s leadership position in the industry. Thanks to his thorough knowledge in all aspects of the industry, Andrew also helps support the company’s executives, project leaders and managers by consulting on matters of business development, sustainable design, site and building layout and design, building codes and construction laws.
