Hillel Greenbaum

Hillel Greenbaum is Vice President and Partner, Real Estate Development of Broccolini Construction. Since joining the firm in 2002, Hillel has overseen the launch and management of four private equity real estate investment funds, raising over $400 million. Hillel’s responsibilities include capital fundraising, drafting of limited partnership agreements, acquisition analysis, disposition, leasing, litigation and tax positioning. Hillel was previously a Principal at Greenbaum Real Estate Ltd., developing and managing a portfolio of commercial and multi-residential properties in Quebec and Ontario. Passionate about supporting healthcare and children’s initiatives, Hillel is a previous board member of various charities, including the Jewish General Hospital Foundation, the Harry Bronfman Y Country Camp, ORT Montreal and Jewish National Fund. After losing his wife to ovarian cancer in 2010, he co-founded F* Cancer, a non-profit that engages young adults in raising funds and awareness for cancer prevention and treatment. Hillel holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from McGill University.
