Louis-Martin Dubé, General Counsel at Broccolini, is a seasoned commercial real estate law professional. A graduate of the University of Montreal's Faculty of Law in 1985, he has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 1986, accumulating over 35 years of experience. His peers recognize his ability to simplify complex issues and ease tensions during difficult negotiations.

Louis-Martin finds greatest satisfaction in the diversity of his work. He has been involved in many large-scale projects, including the acquisition, development, and financing of the new Maison de Radio-Canada and the Amazon project at 1200 Norman in Lachine, as well as the acquisition and financing of the industrial park in Coteau-du-Lac and the Shell and Imperial sites in Anjou. He particularly values collaboration within multidisciplinary teams and the opportunity to take on a mentorship role. As General Counsel, he oversees the team of professionals responsible for the legal needs of the company, primarily in investment and real estate development, construction, and governance.
