700 Saint-Jacques

Broccolini's newest and biggest mixed-use project in Montreal. The 58-storey skyscraper will comprise 400 residential units ranging in size from 480- sq.ft. one-bedroom condos to 4,000- sq.ft. penthouses, all steps away from the downtown core and Old Montreal.

The project includes a mixed-use podium, known as the 700 Saint-Jacques, which will house commercial and office space. The nine-storey podium will offer 330,000 square-feet of leasable space. The floor plates will be 35,000 square feet on the upper floors and 45,000 square feet on the lower floors, and ceiling heights will range from 10 to 13 feet. The occupancy density is 115 square feet per occupant and each floor also benefits from an outdoor terrace. The occupants of the podium will also have the possibility of posting signage on the building, which will provide them with high visibility in the heart of the city.

The building includes a direct link to the future National Bank tower and to Square-Victoria metro station, and therefore to the RÉSO, Montreal’s Underground City.

The project is aiming for LEED Gold certification. Furthermore, the 700 Saint-Jacques was awarded the designation “Wired Certified Gold”. This certification attests to the superior quality of the building’s technological infrastructure.
